Since it’s first original location on Washington, Killer Shrimp has moved to Marina del Rey and continues to cater to its underground following. Killer Shrimp has recently added 15 new items to the menu – and we are here for it!
Originally known for its world famous secret family recipe for the “killer shrimp original,” dish, Killer Shrimp has expanded its menu yet again with even more impressive items such as: Lobster Dynamite, Dungeness Crab Tower, Dungeness Crab Bowl, Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, Filet Teriyaki Bowl, Lobster and Shrimp Enchiladas, Fried Seafood Platter, Killer Crab Claws and more.
I highly recommend the lobster dynamite. It’s a split lobster tail mixed with spices in a creamy cheese sauce. The layers of flavors are unreal with this dish. It’s served with butter arena a lemon and will have you kicking the plate. Another new items I had the peas ire of trying is the shrimp and lobster enchilada. Many restaurants vie for and somewhat decadent sour cream sauce however this dish is near sheer perfection. The enchiladas don’t skimp on the seafood either! They’re packed to the brim with lobster and shrimp. The sauce is a creamy cilantro based which compliments the dish. To be honest the rice and beans paired with this dish does not do the entrée itself any justice.
Killer Shrimp infuses spices and creates savory dishes that will instantly change your mind about ‘seafood.’ Personally, I like seafood, however, Killer Shrimp challenges the palette and quite frankly – is pretty ballsy when it comes to its unique menu.
